This year, with the launch of our iPhone 15 lineup, we’ve experienced demand that exceeded even our most optimistic expectations. Unfortunately, this led to some unforeseen issues with manufacturing delays and longer response times from our customer support team. These challenges have disrupted the seamless customer experience you’ve come to expect from us.
For a company like ours with an ever-increasing customer base, these are unavoidable growing pains. Rest assured that we are working tirelessly to restore things to the way they should be. And, most of all, we’re maintaining our commitment to manufacturing at the highest quality even in the face of these difficulties.
