We make returns & exchanges super easy. If for any reason you're not satisfied,
• Order number
• Email address and name used to place the order
• Which item(s) you wish to exchange or return
• The specific reason for the exchange/return
• Photo of the item (if applicable)
We'll respond promptly to walk you through your request! Please also note the following:
• No refunds on items damaged or lost during shipping. In that case, please file a claim with the carrier.
• Products purchased through an authorized reseller need to be processed through that same reseller.
• Refunds for returned items will not include shipping costs incurred on your original order.

DOMESTIC US SHIPPING
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday every week, excluding public holidays. Orders ship within one business day of placing an order. Orders placed after 9:30am EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 9:30am EST will ship on the following Monday, regardless of any expedited shipping options. Delivery times via the default Standard Shipping option are typically between 2-4 days. We also offer expedited FedEx options with guaranteed delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide via USPS (with delivery confirmation) and FedEx. Delivery times for the default International Standard Shipping vary depending on your location and the speed of your local postal carrier once the package reaches your country.
For the quickest international service, select one of the expedited FedEx options.
In the event of a delay, please note that we have the same tracking information as you. Your tracking number is within your Shipping Confirmation email, so please reference that information first. Just FYI, tracking will seem stuck for the majority of the journey, but your delivery will almost always be further along than it appears.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DUTIES
Each country has its own set of regulations regarding taxes and duties for imports into the country. Please note the following:
• Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order. These fees are not included in your shipping charges.
• We do not issue any refunds for customs fees.
• We have no way of estimating customs fees or duties given the wide variation in regulations on this matter among different countries. Please be sure to contact your local customs or post office for specifics on the amount of fees or duties that may be charged for your order, if any.
SHIPPING POLICY
If you realize there is a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us via email (support@caudabe.com) ASAP and we will do our best to correct the issue before it ships. Packages that have already left the warehouse cannot be changed in any way, nor can we contact the carrier to make additional arrangements.
We cannot change the delivery speed once the order is placed.
