Refund policy

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Just reach out to us at support@caudabe.com and we’re happy to help.


Please note the following:

• Items must be in good condition
• Returns that are incomplete, damaged, or not in original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return is received and inspected.
• Original shipping fees (what you paid to have the order sent to you) are non-refundable.
• If your order included a discount or promotion, the refund will reflect the adjusted amount paid.
• International (Non-US) orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

European Union customers only: In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, please use the EU Withdrawal Form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
