Veil - iPhone 16 Pro Max

I have tried every brand of the minimal case. I got the iPhone 16 ProMax and wanted to get the best. I had a Caudabe case for my last phone, but they were sold out of the Veil. I was excited to see it for the new phone. It fits perfectly. No gaps. The texture on the sides makes this easy to hold. The whole case has a nice textured feel, but easily slips into my pocket. I got the frost color to let the beauty of my phone shine through.

This review is less about the phone case and more about my extremely positive experience with the customer service team.

I ordered the Veil phone case and reached out to the Caudabe support team when it didn't arrive to my address by the designated date. They were incredibly responsive (emailed me back same day and followed up with me a few days later) and helpful in getting my matter resolved. Specifically, Liz and Sarah on the support team were the two representatives helping me and I couldn't be more thankful for the effort and hard work they put into making sure I was satisfied.

I tried the veil for my 14 pro max and wasn’t a fan of the texture, or the protection. Took a chance on this revised version for the 16 pro max and it did not disappoint!! Texture is different the whole way around, and the grippy feel on the sides are very welcome. Perfect blend of protection and minimalism.

Veil looks and feels great. light weight, thin, protective, good grip/hand feel. I like that they buttons are open and aside from the fact that its plastic, I can hardly tell theres a case on the phone.

Unlike a lot of other thin plastic cases on the market, the Veil feels much more substantial (not thick, but like it will survive being installed and taken off the phone!). The textured grip on the sides of the phone is fantastic, the speaker cutouts are precise, and the larger USB C cutout are all welcome additions. I am normally a Sheath user, but I love using the Veil when I want to feel the original form factor of my phone. Well done Caudabe!
